OnlyBenefits — Community Guidelines
Guidelines to keep the community safe, respectful, and constructive.
1. Our Purpose & Values
OnlyBenefits is a community for sharing, discovery and mutual support. Our values: respect, empathy, safety, honesty and privacy. These guidelines help us preserve those values.
2. Be Respectful
Treat others with dignity. Do not engage in harassment, slurs, threats, or sustained abusive behavior. Single incidents are subject to review and severe or repeated behavior can lead to suspension.
3. Safety & Harm
- No threats or encouragement of violence — content encouraging harm to others will be removed and may be reported to authorities.
- No self-harm encouragement: if you or someone is in immediate danger, seek emergency help. We provide resources where possible.
4. Privacy & Doxxing
Do not share personal/private information of others (addresses, ID numbers, private photos) without explicit consent. Posts that expose others to real-world harm will be removed.
5. Hate Speech & Discrimination
Content that dehumanizes or attacks protected classes is prohibited. We distinguish between critical discussion and content that promotes hatred — the latter is banned.
6. Sexual Content & Exploitation
Sexual content involving minors or non-consensual content is strictly prohibited and will be reported. Adult consensual content may be moderated depending on context and platform rules.
7. Spam, Scams & Fraud
Do not use the Platform for unsolicited advertising, scams, phishing, or fraudulent schemes. Offers to buy/sell accounts are not allowed unless explicitly enabled by Platform tools.
8. Authenticity & Impersonation
Do not impersonate other users, public figures, or OnlyBenefits staff. Misleading identity or false claims can result in immediate removal.
9. Content Moderation
Moderation uses automation and human review. Actions may include content removal, temporary restrictions, warnings, or permanent bans. We aim for transparency and will provide appeals paths where feasible.
10. Reporting & Enforcement
If you see content violating the Guidelines, use the report tools or contact support. Provide context and evidence. We prioritize severe violations and threats to safety.
11. Appeals
If your content or account was moderated and you believe it was an error, follow our appeals process (contact appeals@onlybenefits.fun) with relevant details and we will review.
12. Moderator Conduct
Our moderation team follows internal policies. Moderators are expected to act fairly and document decisions. If you have concerns about moderation conduct, escalate to legal@onlybenefits.fun.
13. Community Best Practices
- Use clear language: make posts easy to understand to avoid misunderstandings.
- Respect privacy: avoid tagging people in sensitive topics without consent.
- Use report tools: don’t try to publicly moderate others; report instead.
14. Changes & Community Input
We may update these Guidelines. For substantial changes we seek community feedback and will publish summaries and timelines for adoption where practical.
