1. Introduction

Welcome to OnlyBenefits. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules, responsibilities and legal relationship between you ("you", "User") and OnlyBenefits ("we", "us", "OnlyBenefits"). By accessing or using our website, applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to your access to and use of the Platform, any content you post, any interactions with other users, and any purchases or payments you make through the Platform. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access unless caused by our gross negligence.

3.3 Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breaches of these Terms, illegal activity, abusive behavior, or failure to comply with our policies. Upon termination, content removal and other actions may occur at our discretion.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership & license

You retain ownership of Content you post. By posting, you grant OnlyBenefits a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish and distribute that Content for operating and improving the Platform, including promotional uses. This license ends when Content is removed, except to the extent we cannot reasonably remove copies (e.g., cached or archived copies).

4.2 Prohibited content

Do not post:

• Illegal activities or instruction for wrongdoing.
• Hate speech, explicit threats, harassment or targeted abuse.
• Personal data of others without consent (doxxing).
• Sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consensual contexts.
• Malware, phishing content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

We may remove, restrict or refuse any Content at our discretion. Repeated or egregious violations can lead to permanent account termination.

4.3 Moderation & takedown

OnlyBenefits uses a combination of automated tools and human moderation. We respond to valid legal requests and copyright claims under applicable law. To file a complaint, use our support channels and provide sufficient details. We will investigate and take action where appropriate.

5. Messaging, Community & Interactions

Messages and chat features are provided to enable user interaction. You agree not to use messaging for spamming, scamming, or sending unsolicited commercial content. If you receive abusive or harmful messages, report them. We may block or restrict messaging for offending accounts.

6. Payments, Credits & Refunds

If the Platform offers paid features (e.g., credits, boosts, subscriptions), additional terms will apply. Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment processors. You must provide accurate payment information. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or our explicit refund policy.

6.1 Taxes

You are responsible for taxes arising from purchases, and we may collect tax where required.

7. Privacy & Data

8. Intellectual Property Rights

OnlyBenefits owns the Platform, site design, APIs, trademarks and software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. If you believe your IP rights were infringed, contact our designated agent with a proper DMCA takedown notice (or equivalent) including identification of the material and a good-faith statement.

9. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

When using the Platform you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code.
• Interfere with service availability, use bots for scraping, or launch denial-of-service attacks.
• Impersonate others or forge identifiers.
• Buy, sell or transfer accounts except via official channels we provide.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or availability of the Platform.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyBenefits and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold OnlyBenefits harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your Content, or your use of the Platform.

The Platform may contain links to third-party services or integrate third-party features. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.

13. International Use & Governing Law

The Platform is operated from the jurisdiction where OnlyBenefits is incorporated. By using the Platform you consent to the applicable local laws and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as set out in our Legal pages or policies. If any provision is unlawful in your country, it will be severed and the remainder will remain in effect.

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated (e.g., email, prominent notice). Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. We will display the "Last updated" timestamp above when changes are made.

15. Termination & Survival

Sections such as intellectual property, indemnity, disclaimers and limitation of liability will survive termination of your account or these Terms. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Platform at any time.
